Please be cautious when identifying the source of payment requests.

Recently, we have received messages from some authors regarding APC payment invoices sent from non-journal official email addresses.

Please note that Human Resources Management and Services will only contact authors through its sole official email address (finance@jhrms.com).

We ensure that we will use this email to verify invoices and payment procedures with you at the appropriate time,  while cc’ing the editorial office’s official email (hrms-editorial@jhrms.com) to maintain transparent, proper, and orderly procedures. If you encounter any financial emails from other addresses, please be sure to carefully verify their authenticity. If needed, you may report them to the editorial office email.
